Introducing Devine Property Solutions
Built on patience.
Driven by potential.
We are a property business with a straightforward ambition: to buy and refurbish properties, predominantly in Fife, and build steadily from there.
Who we are
A practical ambition.
A grounded outlook.
Devine Property Solutions is at the beginning of its journey. Our plans centre on buying and refurbishing properties from 2027, predominantly in the Fife area of Scotland.
Our goal is to rejuvenate houses so someone can make a new home. We plan to put time and effort into each project, taking care over the work and the decisions that shape it.
We believe the pace of growth should reflect the resources available. Cash-led growth gives us a way to move forward thoughtfully, with time and attention for each property.
Our guiding idea
“Grow at the speed of cash.”Read about our approach ↗
