For property owners in Fife
A new chapter
for your property.
Thinking about selling a property in Fife? Our plans are to begin buying and refurbishing houses from 2027. We would welcome a conversation about a property that could be part of that journey.

More than a project.
A future home.
Our goal is to rejuvenate houses so someone can make a new home. We plan to give each project the time and attention it needs, with available cash guiding the pace of our purchases.
We are planning for 2027. An enquiry starts a conversation; any purchase would depend on the property, timing and available funds.
